My name is Ricky Gregg, and I have coached baseball and softball for over 35 years at various levels, from T-ball to high school. I have worked as an instructor at professional camps and college recruiting camps. I have had school and travel programs pay me to work with them to improve their practices and work with their players. I have organized coach clinics for multiple youth organizations through the years. I have also been a private instructor at my facility for the last 17 years, working with many young men and women to help them achieve their full potential. Still, I'm doing this mainly because I am passionate about teaching baseball to young people the proper way. This series of lectures will help coaches become better. We should all want to be that coach, and hopefully, this will help you on that journey. One thing I always like to share is that I consider myself fortunate to have been in the company of many individuals who possess a wealth of knowledge about baseball and softball. I've been wise enough to listen and learn from them, a practice I continue to this day. I hope you will let me pass some of that knowledge on to you.
